Hi there! I am a mathematician whose primary research interests are in discrete geometry and related areas of mathematics. In my work, I enjoy combining tricks from extremal combinatorics, convex geometry, and linear algebra to study combinatorial properties of geometric structures, and vice versa.

From 2010 to 2013, I did my Ph.D. under the supervision of Yury Valentinovich Nesterenko at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). My Ph.D. thesis was on effective approximations of some constants by rational numbers and quadratic irrationalities. During the last year of my graduate studies and the year after my defense, my research gradually drifted toward discrete geometry.

From 2013 to 2023, my life was closely connected with the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, where I held positions as Associate Professor and Senior Researcher. The major project there was the Laboratory of Combinatorial and Geometric Structures. From 2015 to 2017, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Technion, hosted by Rom Pinchasi. During Fall 2018, I was a Visiting Researcher in the Chair of Combinatorial Geometry at EPFL, led by János Pach. During 2023, I worked at the Institute of Mathematics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Since December 2023, I have been working in the Department of Mathematics at Emory University as an Assistant Professor.
